At Addington Shibas, we are deeply committed to raising healthy, well-socialized Shiba Inu puppies. We want every family to feel confident and secure when welcoming one of our puppies into their home.

Our Guarantee to You

1. Veterinary Health Check

   • Every Shiba Inu puppy receives a thorough examination by a licensed veterinarian before going home.

   • Puppies are up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and preventative care appropriate for their age at the time of transfer.

2. Free from Communicable Diseases

   • We guarantee that your puppy is free from serious communicable diseases (such as Parvovirus, Distemper, or Canine Influenza) for 72 hours from the time of delivery.

   • The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within this period to validate this portion of the guarantee.

3. Hereditary & Congenital Health Guarantee

   • We guarantee that your Shiba Inu puppy will be free from any life-threatening hereditary or congenital defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

   • If a hereditary or congenital condition is diagnosed within this time frame, and it severely impacts the puppy's quality of life or longevity, the buyer is entitled to a replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability) or a refund, as determined by Addington Shibas.

   • A detailed veterinary report and supporting documentation are required to process any claim.

4. Return & Rehoming Policy

   • If at any time you are unable to care for your Shiba Inu, we ask that you contact us first. We will assist in rehoming or, if necessary, take the dog back into our care.

   • Refunds are only provided in cases covered under this Health Guarantee (communicable disease within 72 hours or hereditary life-threatening condition within two years).

Exclusions

• This guarantee does not cover illnesses or injuries caused by neglect, accidents, abuse, malnutrition, environmental factors, or failure to maintain proper veterinary care.

• Parasites such as worms, fleas, or ticks are common in puppies and are not covered, as they can be easily treated.

• Any condition that is minor, correctable, or non-life-threatening is not covered by this guarantee.
