Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a purchase is 30 days from the date you received the Shiba Inu puppy or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the puppy delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned puppy. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for a puppy to be eligible for a return, please note the following:

  • The puppy must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The puppy must be returned in good health and with all original documentation provided at the time of sale.

Important:

  • We reserve the right to take back our puppy at any time if necessary.

  • A refund or replacement will only be awarded if the puppy or dog is found to have a hereditary, life-threatening disease confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.

Returning a Puppy

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the puppy to us. Please return the puppy to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for a puppy that is injured, lost, or becomes ill during return transport. Therefore, we recommend a professional, insured, and trackable transport service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the puppy or proof of safe return.

Gifts

If the puppy was marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned puppy is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the puppy wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the purchase shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
